    Simulation and implementation Wavelet based palm print authentication system


    The main objective of this project is palm print authentication with the help of efficient
    wavelet transforms Biorthogonal, Symlet and Discrete Meyer
    Tools used: Wavelet toolbox, Matlab 7.2a version, Image processing toolbox
    DESCRIPTION:
    Acquisition of palm print with the help pegged systems. Then we
    convert into binary image & with help of morphological process and wavelet transforms
    feature extraction is done. We obtain 27 vector of that particular palm. Another palm is
    taken for testing again same process. Then we calculate minimum distance of the vectors
    then display the result.
    Mobile shield
    The main objective of this project is to protect the mobile handsets in a smart way. It is
    accomplished using smart timers. It finds its application where ever in need.
    DESCRIPTION

    In this project two timers are used one is operated in astable mode and another one is
    operated in mono stable mode. We provided a buzzer also. In this a protective shield is
    presented which is made up of copper and we place our phones in it. With the help of
    stray capacitance principle the buzzer rings.
    Industrial project
    A study project at Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, Kakinada
    on Distributed Control System (DCS), And Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

    • Secured 2nd prize through a project on ‘Fire Sensing System’ presented at emerge’ 09
    at JNTU, Ananthapur.
    • Presented a poster on ‘Robo Arm Wrestler’ at spoorthi’09 at JNTU, Hyderabad.
    • Presented a project on ‘temperature monitoring system’ at spoorthi’2kd at JNTU,
    Hyderabad.
    • I am one of the coordinators of medha’09, a Technical Symposium of ECE
    Department.

    • Runners in KHO-KHO conducted by Andhra Pradesh Tutorials and Convents
    Association in X STD.
    • Winners in CRICKET conducted by zonal wide competitions
    • I secured 2nd place in singing competitions conducted by Rotary club of authority.
