BB6060 & BB6220 CALIBRATION

Start fr pg 95- 143 – what to do repair


6220 - 6 Lit; 6060 - 4Lit, CO2 gas = 1bar

To Adjust Setpoint
Press and hold either C, CO2 or O2 and use the UP and DOWN key to adjust the desire
setpoint

AUTOSTART – app 15hrs


1) PRESS “UP” and “DOWN” keys for app 5 sec.
a. THE AUTOSTART routine is activated and the CO2 display will reflect
[0.0] after closing the door
b. LED gas will go dark
c. In units with build in oxygen electrode, the O2 display will reflect [21.0]
2) Shut the door
3) At the end of day after AUTOSTART routine:-
a. LED AUTOZERO, AUTOCAL are flashing
b. Actual value are display
c. LED GAS is on

SPECIAL FUNCTION
[] key and [UP]/[DOWN] keys

If you keep pressing the  key, you can select and set special function with the
[UP]/[DOWN] keys.

The [C] display will reflect the function code, eg [.1]. If you release the  key and then
press it again with hold, you’ll get the status report in the CO2 display:-
REFERENCE EXAMPLE *** FUNCTION CODE 9 is for temperature 42, 112-
>114,125, 131->133, 145->149
CO2 Display = 7%
CO2 Measure = 6.2%

1) Use the [] and the [UP] key to select function code 3.
- [ .3] will display in temperature display

2) Release the [] key


3) Then, press the [] key again and keep it press down
- The temperature display indicates [ .0], flashing
- The CO2 display reflects [ .1]
4) Use the [UP] key to set the measured concentration in the temperature display.
For example : [6.2]
5) Release the [] key
6) Press the [i] key briefly ( to start computation by the microP )

Temperature Adjustment
1) Compare measure temperature with actual display.
2) Deviation temperature should not exceed +/- 2%
3) If it’s exceed; then :-
a. Select “Function Code . 9”
b. Enter Measure temperature
c. Press “INFOKEY”.

CO2 Comparison Measurement & CO2 Zero Point Adjustment


1) Adjust CO2 setpoint to 0%
2) Set the temperature setpoint to zero NOT ON)
3) Open front door for app 30s to let gases escape
4) Close front door of the unit
5) After a warm up time of at least 10 min, adjust CO2-zero point as follow:-
a. Select function code “ . 3”
b. Release the key with the key symbol and press it again
c. A blinking “ . 0” will appear in the “C display
d. A continous “ . 1” will appear in the “CO2-display
e. Release the key with the key symbol
f. Operate the “INFOKEY” briefly to start the computation.
6) Set the CO2 to setpoint to 7%.
7) After the adequate warm up time; start to measure the CO2 level from analyzer
instrument and make comparison.
If deviation is more than 0.5%, CO2 adjustment need to carry out.
8) Select function code “60.1” & enter “.1” in “DIGIT.2”
a. By doing this, function code 64.5 is unlock
9) Select function code “64.5” & read the value of “Digit.5”.
10) Calculate the new increase as follows:-
a. INCREASE = (value “64.5”, “.5”) X Measure gas concentration

11) Select function code “64.5” & enter the calculated value

DOOR SWITCH TEST


1) Select function code “64.6”
a. The display in CO2 will indicate “.1” when door switch is close
b. The display in CO2 will indicate “.0” when door switch is open
