How to Stretch Penis Ligaments

Penis ligament stretches help lengthen the penis.

The two main ligaments in the penis are called the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament.
These ligaments are responsible for keeping the penis and the scrotum positioned on the body
properly. Both the fundiform and the suspensory ligaments are located around the male's pubic
bone. The fundiform ligament, located at the base of the penis, surrounds the shaft and goes into the
scrotum. The suspensory ligament is attached to the base and runs the entire length of the penis
shaft. Because the length of the penis shaft is a direct reflection of the length of an erect penis,
stretching this ligament is one way to grow the length of your penis.

Instructions
Ligament stretch

1. 1

With your hands work your penis into a semi- erect state. With your thumb and
forefinger on whichever hand is comfortable for you, create a ring around the penis.

Starting towards the base of the penis near the pelvis, very slightly tighten the ring
and move it down the shaft towards the tip of the penis. This action will make your
penis swell with blood and will make it very hard.

Hold the position for five to 10 seconds. During this time, with the ring still around
the tip of the penis give a slight pull as if to lengthen the penis. Repeat this for 20
reps, each rep holding for five to 10 seconds. Repeat for five sets.

Directional stretching

Grasp the head of your penis with your hands either under or over the top of your
penis, whichever is most comfortable for you. Pull your penis upwards towards your
face. Hold a comfortable stretch for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax your hand and
penis for 30 seconds. Repeat stretching upward an additional three times. After the
final stretch relax your hand and penis for a full minute before continuing.

Grasp the head of your penis with your hand, either under or over the penis.Stretch
your penis downwards towards the floor and hold for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat this
stretch an additional three times, pausing for 30 seconds between each stretch.
After the fourth stretch relax for a full minute.

Grasp the head of your penis with your hand. Stretch the penis towards the left side
and hold for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat this stretch three more times, resting for 30
seconds between each stretch. After the fourth stretch to the left and a 30 second
rest, stretch the penis to the right and holding for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat three
more times, resting for 30 seconds between each stretch.

Tips & Warnings


 When stretching the ligaments in your penis be sure to perform the stretch as far
as you can while still being comfortable. Never stretch the ligament to where you
are uncomfortable or in pain.
