The meeting took place at the Hope Center in Woodstock, Georgia from 5:30pm to 11:00pm to research and order equipment for a new wireless network. Most of the meeting was spent researching online prices from various vendors. It was decided to purchase all of the needed equipment, including 3 motherboards, 3 CPUs, and wireless networking components, from World Wide Telecom for a price within their $2,000 budget. However, shipping costs of $250-300 were overlooked.

Many of the vendors that offered this equipment had very high prices the research
that was done on this was at numerous sites. After much deliberation and careful
planning, we decided to go with a company called World Wide Telecom, where we could
purchase all of the equipment that we needed at one time. We did this because it offered
all the equipment we needed from one vendor at a price that was within our budget of
two thousand dollars.

Setbacks:
There was a couple of disappointing setbacks today. First, we forgot about
shipping cost the average to have all the equipment shipped to the hope center was
between two hundred and fifty dollars and three hundred dollars. Second, it was difficult
to find one vendor who could sell us all the equipment needed to implement this network.
