Start

Open CPS Software

Create a new
CPS database

Develop
Do you have
NO questions
questions prepared for CPS
for use with CPS? activity

YES
Import student
names from Infinite
Campus as a .csv
file

Click the “Prepare Lessons


and Assessments” tab

Click new in the home


group and select the Fast
Grade Lesson

Type a name for your


lesson and click ok

Create a lesson

Input correct
answers

Select lesson. Click on engage


student pace mode. Click
start to begin response cycle
Click end to end response
cycle

Reports: Click reports tab,


then select the lesson name
from the list. Click generate
report

Select student names

Instructor Select Instructor Summary


What type of Summary
report would report
you like?

Enter grades in Export to file as


grade book a .csv file
Item
Analysis

Import file in IC
Select Item Analysis report
gradebook

Close CPS software

End
