DS1307

The DS1307 is a low power real-time clock (RTC) that provides time and date information and 56 bytes of non-volatile memory. It operates on the I2C serial interface and can run from a battery backup when main power is lost. The clock provides seconds, minutes, hours, date, month, and year information with automatic adjustment for months with less than 31 days and leap years between years 2000 to 2100.
