Name of the expariment : Scouring of cotton fabric with caustic


soda ( 100% ) . Recipe :
Caustic = 1 g/l.

Sodaash = 2 g/l.

Wetting agent = 0.8 g/l.

Sequesting agent = 1 g/l.

Recipe Calculation : Dyes = x%

Salt = y g/l.

Soda = z g/l.

Stock solution : 0.5%

2% ( In 100 c.c. solvent 1 g solid )
