Final year students at Al Habeeb College of Engineering and Technology are organizing interaction sessions with 2nd and 3rd year students to discuss their experiences at the college. Each branch will have its own session, followed by a combined session, where upper-level students can ask questions. Final year students will counsel lower-level students on the importance of new programs introduced by the college. A Student Council is also being set up by students to help with activities and address problems, and final year students will explain this new council.

STUDENT MEET-2010

Al Habeeb College of Engineering and Technology (AHCET) is the brainchild of Al


Habeeb Charitable Trust. The trust was established in the year 2001 with the aim of
imparting education to today’s aspiring youth. AHCET was started in the 2002-2003
with quality and excellence as the guiding principles. It has the approval of All India
Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and the Government of Andhra Pradesh
and is affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. It is an
ISO certified and is NBA accredited institute

Final year students of AHCET are organising interaction session with 2nd and 3rd year
students. They will discuss their experiences of being part of such a wonderful
institute. The session will mostly be focussing on the different issues that a student
faces during his engineering.

Every branch shall have a speaker and each branch will have individual sessions,
which will be followed by a final combine session of all the branches. These sessions
will be more like discussion where students from 2nd and 3rd year can discuss any issue
that he is interested in. Also several new things are being introduced in the college for
the benefit of the students, but students are not serious about them as they are not
aware of its importance. Final year students shall counsel them about its importance
from student point of view.

Student Council is being setup in AHCET by the students for the welfare of students.
The council shall be looking after various activities of the students in college. It shall
be a platform for students to show their leadership skills and also to get their problems
solved in more effective manner. Since the student council shall be headed by 3rd year
students with 2nd year students as their deputy, the details of the council will also be
explained to them by the final year Students
