Inadequate Living Space Justification:

1. Nature of the problem 2 / 3 x 1 = .67 It may alter the heath of the family
-Health Threat members because this may promote
the spread of different communicable
diseases such as cough and colds ,etc.

2. Modifiability of problem 0/2x2=0 We cant do anything about making


- Not modifiable them have an adequate living space,
all we can do is to provide them the
knowledge information they needed
through health teaching.

3. Preventive potential 1 / 3 x 1 = .33 It’s not modifiable, we cant help an


- Low adequate living space because it’s
beyond our scope.

- Not perceived as a problem are just fine with them and the house
where they live don’t belong to them
so they just get contented.

Poor Ventilation Justification:

spread of communicable diseases such
as cough and colds on the family.

2. Modifiability of problem 2/2x2=2 As a public nurses we can provide


-Easily modifiable them the information they needed in
order for them to have a well ventilated
place though health teaching.

3. Preventive potential 3x3x1=1 It is easily modifiable because there are


- High simple yet effective methods that the
family can do in order for them to have
a well ventilated place.

4. Salience 0 / 2 x 1 = .0 According to the family, they usually


- Not perceived as a problem stay outside their place and they got
used to it.
