Day 2 Ismail's Presentation

Ismail Ramadan presented on his experience in the ILEP Alumni program in 2008. He discussed the most remarkable things he learned, including participating in workshops and setting lesson plans. He overcame challenges with some students, colleagues, and parents not accepting new techniques. However, he succeeded in applying the knowledge and skills from the program as an instructor in Sadat Academy. Since returning, he has trained colleagues and organized workshops. He believes the cultural trips, including to churches, parks, and islands, enhanced his understanding of American culture.

• Train my colleagues in my school training unit
• Organize several training workshop for the
teachers and supervisors in Alexandria inset.
• Participate as a supervisor in New burg El Arab

• Train the novice teachers in Alexandria

• Innovate new techniques in teaching EFL

Trips and activities
• I see that the internship is an opportunity for my
professional development in the area of understanding
American culture. It is my strong belief that the following
