Please complete this form if you have a compelling reason to change the course to which you were assigned. If you need to change courses,
you must first call Academic Affairs (202-238-7975) to determine if there is an opening in the course you would like to add. Be advised
that you are obligated to attend the first meeting of both the course to which you were assigned and the new course that you wish to add
If they meet on the same night of the week, make sure to speak with both instructors about the situation; and attend the assigned course.
You must notify the instructor of your assigned course that you intend to drop; and you must also notify the instructor of the course you
intend to add. If the course you want to add is already full, you must remain in your assigned course.
