SAVE & SEND

When you are finished adding information into a document, simply save the PDF using the “Save Portfolio” option. Open, update and resave
anytime. When required, you can “Save File from Portfolio” and attach the PDF to an email. Send it to a family member, friend or a supplier.
They can open it, add information and send it back. It’s that portable!

ORGANIZE
For some documents, like the “Guest & Gift Records”, renaming the file with the person’s name will help sort them alphabetically. This will help
you find your document more quickly the next time you need it. For example, each “Guests & Gift” document should be saved using “Save File
from Portfolio option. Write your guest’s last name as the file name and save. i.e. Carlson Jane & John, MacDonald Bob & Samantha, etc.
