VISION

The Criminology and Criminal Justice Program envisions being the leading school of Criminology,
Criminal Justice Administration, Public Security and Safety Administration, Law Enforcement Administration,
and Correction and Jail Management in the Philippines.

MISSION

To realize its vision, the Criminology and Criminal Justice Program is committed to develop graduates
who are professionally competent, research-oriented, and morally upright, who can deliver efficient services in
the field of Criminology, Criminal Justice Administration, Public Security and Safety Administration, Law
Enforcement Administration, and Correction and Jail Management.

OBJECTIVES

The Criminology and Criminal Justice Program aims to:

1. Provide an intellectual avenue for students to involve in and learn about advancing criminological
research, applying science and theory to effective and responsible public policy;
2. Develop a value of scholarly collaboration and the importance of research that has real-world
implications;
3. Create knowledge that improves the quality of life;
4. Foster the values of leadership, integrity, accountability and responsibility in the people, community,
country and God; and
5. Prepare the students for careers in the field of Criminology, Criminal Justice Administration, Public
Security and Safety Administration, Law Enforcement Administration, and Correction and Jail
Management.
