Protokraft today announced the availability of its Mustang Series of Fast or Gigabit Ethernet media converters with Jam Nut TFOCA II® connector interfaces to improve optical network performance and reliability in harsh environment applications. Protokraft Mustang series fiber optic Ethernet media converters consist of optoelectronic transmitter and receiver functions integrated along with the 10/100Base-TX to FX or 1000Base-T to LX/SX Ethernet optical media conversion circuitry into an environmentally sealed unit with an Amphenol Fiber Systems International TFOCA II® optical connector interface.
