PROCEDURE
Charge Phase A water into main vessel. Slowly sprinkle in Xanthan while heating to 75°C under impeller mixing. Mix to uniformity. Maintaining temperature and adequate mixing speed, add Phase B, mixing to uniformity after each addition. Bring temperature to 85°C. Add Phase C ingredients, mixing to uniformity after each addition. Begin cooling while mixing, adjusting speed as needed to avoid aeration. At 40°C, add Phases D and E ingredients, mixing to uniformity after each addition. Mix to R/T and fill.
