Senior Recruiter Job Description


Summary of Responsibilities:
This position is directly responsible for the delivery of offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the
US. The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidate and
employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement. The role will likely expand over
time to include detailed candidate assessments and on-boarding coordination. We seek intelligent, highly
motivated, committed individuals with 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a search firm setting or a reputable
corporate setting to fill this position. The role is an individual contributor role that reports to a recruitment teal
leader.
The role will involve regular and direct contact with overseas candidates and clients. In addition to the
recruitment experience, suitable applicants will also have outstanding written and spoken English communication
skills, will be willing to work the night shift and will have a strong undergraduate degree.
While the role does involve the use of the internet and telephones as communication tools, this is not a call
center job. We seek applicants with a binding interest in recruitment as a specialty and who seek to make a career
in the field.

Detailed Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for the sourcing of suitable applicants for a client position by conducting research on
job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc.
The Senior Recruiter will conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as
qualifications, availability and compensation requirements.
The Senior Recruiter will coordinate different logistical items between the candidate and the client such as
interview schedules, locations etc.
The Senior Recruiter will be involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general
relationship-building. This represents a highly consultative sales process and presents an exciting opportunity for
skill development.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining a record of their activities and different reports that track
effort, productivity and results.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any field or have completed at least 2 years in college.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Strong interest in recruitment as a career. We are open to select candidates with BPO experience who can
articulate why recruitment would be of interest to them.
2 to 6 years experience in Sales, Collections, Technical Support, Customer Service or equivalent preferred.
Willingness to work the night shift. We will try and make it as comfortable for you as possible (such as not
shifting you between schedules, providing you with advice and support to manage a night schedule etc.)
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
