    0GENERAL
    THIS NOTE SHALL BE APPLIED TO ALL DRAWINGS FOR CIVIL, CONCRETE
    FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURAL WORK.
    DESIGN AND DETAILING ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
    NSCP 2001 NATIONAL STRUCTURAL CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ACI CODE
    (ACI 318-02)

    2.0ELEVATION
    UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL STRUCTURAL ELEVATION ARE IN MILLIMETERS,
    STATIONS AND LEVELS ARE IN METERS. ELEVATIONS ON STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS
    ARE RELATIVE TO THE STRUCTURAL GRADE SLAB FINISH OF THE BUILDING AS EL
    +0.0000 WHICH IS EQUAL TO PROJECT DATUM. (SEE CIVIL DRAWINGS.)

    3.0DIMENSION
    ALL DIMENSIONS ARE EXPRESS IN MILLIMETERS UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE DO
    NOT SCALE THE DRAWING, USE WRITTEN DIMENSIONS ONLY

    4.0COORDINATES
    COORDINATES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH AREA PLOT PLAN

    5.0SITEWORK & EARTHWORK


    SITEWORKS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE TECHNICAL
    SPECIFICATIONS. NO FOUNDATION SHALL REST ON NEWLY BACKFILL ELEVATION.
    BACKFILLING MATERIALS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROJECT
    SPECIFICATION FREE FROM ORGANIC MATTER, RUBBISH, AND OTHER
    DELETERIOUS MATTERS ETC.

    6.0CONCRETING WORKS
    BEFORE CASTING OF CONCRETE, SIZE, AND LOCATION OF ALL OPENINGS
    REQUIRED FOR DUCTS, PIPES AND FOR ALL PIPE SLEEVES, ELECTRICAL
    CONDUITS AND OTHER ITEMS TO BE EMBEDDED IN CONCRETE OR OTHERWISE
    INCORPORATED IN STRUCTURAL WORK SHALL BE CHECKED BY THE
    CONTRACTOR SUBJECT TO OWNER ENGINEER APPROVAL
    ALL WORK MUST BE CARRIED OUT IN SUCH A WAY NOT TO CAUSE ANY DAMAGE
    TO EXISTING STRUCTURES OR PUBLIC FACILITIES.

    ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO EXISTING STRUCTURES MUST BE PREPARED BY THE


    CONTRACTOR AND HIS OWN EXPENSES.
    CONCRETE SHALL BE TESTED BY INDEPENDENT LABORATORY AND RESULTS
    SHALL BE FORWARD TO THE CLIENT ENGINEER AND THAT IS PART OF THE WORK
    APPROVAL.
    TESTING OF CONCRETE FOR ALL STRUCTURAL ELEMENT SHALL PASS TO THE
    DESIGN REQUIREMENTS, TWO SAMPLES OF CYLINDER PER STRUCTURAL
    ELEMENT.
    STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS ARE FOOTINGS, COLUMNS, BEAMS, SLABS, & CONCRETE
    WALLS IN CASE IF THE RESULTS DID NOT SATISFY THE REQUIRED STRENGTH.
    THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ACCEPT ANY SOLUTION DECIDED BY THE OWNER
    ENGINEER.
    HONEY COMBED SHALL BE REPAIR WITH SAND CEMENT GROUT AS PER
    ENGINEER SUPERVISION.

    7.0CONCRETE & REINFORCEMENT


    7.1 CONCRETE STRENGTH
    ALL REINFORCED CONCRETE SHALL USE TYPE 1 CEMENT AND CRUSHED
    AGGREGATES 28 DAYS CYLINDER COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH SHALL BE AS

    7.2 REINFORCING STEEL STRENGTH


    ALL REINFORCING STEEL TO BE HIGH STRENGTH, HIGH RIBBED
    DEFORMED BARS GRADE 40 (MINIMUM YIELD STRENGTH 40,000 PSI OR fy
    = 275 MPA OF ASTM A 615 CONFORMING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
    PROJECT SPECIFICATION)
    CONTRACTOR SHALL PREPARE SHOP DRAWING ALL DETAILS, SPLICES,
    ETC., FOR ALL STRUCTURES SUBJECT TO THE WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE
    OWNER ENGINEER PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION
    ALL BAR DETAILS, HOOKS, SPLICES, AND BENDING SCHEDULES SHALL BE
    IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACI CODE
    SPLICE SHALL BE MINIMUM OF 40Xbd (REBAR )
    CONCRETE COVER TO REINFORCEMENT UNLESS SHOWN OTHERWISE, THE
    MINIMUM CONCRETE COVER FROM SURFACE TO THE FACE OF THE
    NEAREST REINFORCING ACI CODE AND AS PER THE FOLLOWING:

    a.) SUBSTRUCTURE
