INFOSYS INTERVIEW - 08 MAY 2006

I attended infosys exam on 7th may and interview on 8th may. I got a mail on 11th stating that
I got selected for infosys. Interview was pretty easy.
Interview went on as follows...
Tell abt urself..
prolonged conversation on hobbies..
why only infosys..
then a puzzle..
There are 5 machines which produce ball barrings.. each machine produces ball bearings
which weighs 50gms.. Due to some error one machine is producing a barring which weighs
only 47gms.. The color, shape and size of the bearings(from error producing machine) did not

we have an electronic weighing machine which can be used only once..
how will u find out which machine is producing error using this electronic weighing machine..
I did not answer this question.. but i was selected..
I got the ans. after coming out..
ans....
take one barring from machine 1
2 from machine 2
3 from machine 3
4 from machine 4
5 from machine 5
and weigh them at once.... u will come to know which is the wrong machine
