New Syllabus of Research Monograph

This course provides students with knowledge about conducting legal research. It covers topics such as defining research, different types of research, identifying research problems, qualitative and quantitative research methods, research design, data collection and analysis, literature reviews, and writing research reports. Course Title: Research Monograph (Writing)

Course Description:
To provide students with practical experience in the planning and execution
of a small research project as well as the research literature towards a
supervised Dissertation Paper. After successfully completing LAW 500 i.e.
Research Monograph (Theory), students would have to choose and decide the
topic for their Dissertation Paper and find a Supervisor in consultation with
faculty administration. The Supervisor would provide necessary scholastic
support and guide to the student to accomplish and achieve the goals of
presenting a decent paper. It is required that in preparing the Dissertation
Paper students must adequately demonstrate research skill and legal acumen
that is expected of him as a senior student of law.
