For families with more than 8 persons, add $4,160 for each additional person. To find
the less than 130% over the Poverty Guideline multiply the Poverty Guideline amount by
1.3 and subtract $1. Example $11,770 X 1.3 = $15,301 minus $1 = 15,300.
