Submission Guidelines
Authors should submit an original paper in English,

carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, using the on-line submission procedure http://revistaconstructii.univ-ovidius.ro/openconf/openconf.php.
The guidelines for paper formatting provided at the conference Paper Template page must be used for all submitted papers. Please check and carefully follow the
instructions and templates provided. The required submission format is MS-WORD (see http://revistaconstructii.univ-ovidius.ro/water2016/index.php/papertemplate)
After the reviewing process is completed, the contact
author of each paper will be notified of the result, by email. Authors are required to follow the reviews in order
to improve their paper and re-submit it under MSWORD format.
All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings,
under an ISSN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM
support.

The conference fee includes morning and afternoon
coffee/snack breaks, welcome reception and banquet as
well as printed materials. The registration fee does not
include accommodation and meals.
