This document summarizes the automation of a bagging conveyor system with 37 conveyors grouped into 3 sections controlled by a PLC: the DAP-silo section, silo bagging section, and bagging stacking & loading section. The PLC provides single window operation for all sections, making it easier for operators to control the complex array of conveyors. The document reviews each section and their interlocking procedures, as well as color conventions for conveyor status indications.
