Abstract

In this project, a Mecanum Wheel Robot is designed that can be controlled by an Android
device. Different rotation combination of four DC motor make possible to go robot to any
desired direction. Because of special structure of wheels, robot can easily move to ten
different direction.

The prototype of Mecanum Wheel Robot has been built succesfully.A Mecanum Wheel
Robot can manuevere easily tight spaces with this special feature it is useful to send help
in eartquake areas. Mecanum Wheel Robot can be redesigned to different requirements.
If the robotic arm attached, it can be redesigned as a bomb disposal robot. So , this system
can be useful in the future with this features.
