Is it assisting the organization?
How quickly do u need the position filled?
Check the skills and qualification of the person that will be required

Why does the role need to be defined?
There is a need to manage too many responsibilities

To get the appropriate people
3. Manage the apply and selection
Need to shortlist the candidates that qualify, ask questions to determine their
capabilities
