Key Projects
Motion Capture Project 2015
My brief was to direct a motion capture performance for a childrens adventure
game.
I captured a live performance for a cartoon bear using Motion Analysis Cortex
Software and Autodesk Motion Builder to clean up the data and exporting it into
3ds Max 2016. I provided the Actor with reference and instruction and organised
rehearsal before entering the studio. It was an individual assignment but I helped
others on my course by acting as a Mocap Technician and a Camera Man for
recording visual reference while others directed.
Non-Bipedal Animation Project- 2015/16
I created a variety of looped animations for a quadrupedal 3d mesh with the
purpose of importing them into the Unreal 4 Engine. Once exported, I used
Persona and Blueprints to assign input controls to a player character.
Voluntary Experience
Community Moderator
(2015 ) Paradise Station (Space Station 13 Community)
(2007-2009) Half Life 2 Garrys Mod Roleplay
As an unpaid Community Moderator for roleplaying communities, I support
the experience of the players by bridging relations between the
Moderation/Administration staff and player-base and maintaining a
positive and proactive attitude whilst mediating and resolving disputes
within the community as well as creating gameplay events and
challenges.
Early Access/Beta testing for many games, but most lately Divinity
Original Sin (Larian Studios), Sunless Sea (Failbetter Games), Starbound
(Chucklefish) and Clockwork Empires (Gaslamp Games). Providing
feedback to the development team how a newly implemented mechanic or
