As you know, CBG has experience with a wide variety of residential housing including market rate apartments,
student housing, barracks facilities and senior housing. These products include many different structure types
including wood, hambro and concrete buildings. You can search our entire portfolio of projects at

In both the projects we have built, as well as those we have helped design or budget, we have developed
extensive pricing and market experience. With that in mind, on a parameter basis, we considered your
potential facility of roughly 36,000 SF and feel that the following represents a fair pricing target for this
building.
Hambro Structure (Steel and concrete hybrid structure up to 8 stories) - $210/Gross SF
Wood Structure (wood building, up to five stories on two levels of concrete) - $160/Gross SF
Both numbers are inclusive of overhead and profit and include both vertical and horizontal construction these

There is a specific question about the Zoning process.
In our recent project meeting, March 30th we discussed the likelihood the development of this project will require
implementing the PUD process. Your team is choosing this strategy due to the number of zoning exceptions (is that the
right term) the new site improvements will require, thus initiating the zoning process via the BZA route not be the most
expedient course of action. First did I get it right? (getting ready for April 6th)
With that said, Pls share the critical milestones for the PUD process and the anticipated delivery/approval dates for
each. Start with your anticipated application Submission date through approval.

turn this answer around by 1:00pm, Id appreciate it.

There is a specific question about the Zoning process.

In our recent project meeting, March 30th we discussed the likelihood the development of this project
will require implementing the PUD process. Your team is choosing this strategy due to the number
of zoning exceptions (is that the right term) the new site improvements will require, thus initiating the
zoning process via the BZA route not be the most expedient course of action. First did I get it right?
(getting ready for April 6th)

With that said, Pls share the critical milestones for the PUD process and the anticipated
delivery/approval dates for each. Start with your anticipated application Submission date through
approval.
