I have taken this screen shot in the UI Debug mode.

In these two batch jobs the CONFIRM_ALL_DRAFT_ATTACHMENTS attachments


method is not called of the class CL_CV_ATTACHMENT_DPC_EXT.
So the added attachments are still in the draft mode

So kindly adjust the code to save the draft attachments.
