The attention of all the District Educational officers in the state is invited to the
reference read above wherein the president and General Secretary of PRTU, A.P.,
Hyderabad have stated that the service of several teachers in the State are not
regularized due to lack of service rules of teachers from the year 2005. As such they
have requested to regularize the services of the teachers since the Adhoc rules in
respect of the teachers have been given by the Govt.

In this context, all the DEOs in the State are informed that as per G.O.Ms No.
12, Edn., dated : 23-01-2009 the DEO is the appointing authority in respect of the
teachers in MPP/ZPP schools.

In view of the above, all the DEOs in the State are instructed to regularize the
services of the teachers as per rules in force.

This has the approval of Commissioner and Director of School Education,


Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
