How to make
your own eTI-A Sore/ Semester IV mail
Also provides on guiding
user to send e-mail to
another person

1. Check your internet


connection
1a)

Click Start button /


icon on
the left side of your desktop.
1b) Type cmd , and press Enter button (
Or find Run, then type cmd and press
OK )
1c) There must be a black-window
appeared on your screen now. ( See the
next page for your reference )

1d)

Type PING 8.8.8.8 inside the


Command Prompt
1e) If you are connected to your Internet,
there will be some reply which means you
can access/use the internet. ( See the next
page for your reference )

2. Make your own E-mail !


Lets make your new e-mail now ! ^-^
There are so many choices of domain you can
choose. These are the list of domains that
most people use to send and receive e-mail :
G-Mail ( Google Mail )
Yahoo!
Hotmail
We will teach you how to make your own
google mail

3. Register
First,

open your browser ( Google


Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari,
Internet Explorer , etc .. )
Type www.google.com inside the
address box
Choose Gmail on the top right side of
the page.

Since we
wanted to make
a new account,
Choose
Create Account

Fill the fields

Note :
For

those whom are really new and


doesnt have a single e-mail account,
you can just skip the Your Current
Email Address field ( just let it empty )
Dont forget to check the I Agree to
the Google Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy
Press Next Step to proceed to the next
step

WOWIE ! :)
We successfully make
our own e-mail !

4. Try to send your email !


After

successfully registering your email, press Continue to Gmail button


Choose Compose button on the left
side

Voila

! Something is popping out ! Yes, write


your message and your recipient inside the
box.

Example

of filling the box :

Press

the Send button when you finished filling


the fields
Something will appear like this :

And

when it is successfully sent, it will become


like this :

You

can view your message you just sent


before by pressing the View Message text

It

will redirect you to Sent Email section, and


you can see something like this

That

means, you have successfully sent your


e-mail to your recipient :)
