MIles and More Letter

Miles & More has updated its membership terms and conditions to include Miles & More GmbH as an additional programme operator. Miles & More GmbH, a subsidiary of Lufthansa German Airlines, will now be responsible for all programme topics related to earning and redeeming award miles, while Lufthansa German Airlines remains responsible for topics regarding frequent flyer status and earning status miles. This is an internal realignment of responsibilities within the Lufthansa Group that does not impact members.

Miles & More programme, that will give us the opportunity to make the programme

The membership Terms & Conditions have already been updated to include the role
of Miles & More GmbH as an additional programme operator. You can view these at

this change.

a member, this is purely a matter of an internal realignment of responsibilities within
the Lufthansa Group.
