Planningmemo 3

This planning memo outlines a usability test of the UNC Charlotte Pages website. The test aims to recruit 5 faculty or staff participants to complete tasks like editing personal webpages. Participants will be observed and sessions recorded to evaluate the website and identify areas for improvement. A schedule is provided for recruiting participants, conducting tests between March 14-28, analyzing results, and submitting a final report by March 6. The tests will involve an introduction, multiple timed tasks, follow-up questions, and a small reward to thank participants. The goal is to get authentic feedback on users' experiences to help revise tutorials, guides, and the site overall.
