All normal text should be black, white, or RGB (80,64,174), (based on the color guide
below), font of Times New Roman, size 15.
Any text not fitting descriptions above, the font size should be determined by the most clear
and readable font size.
Site Title Bar is Dark Gray, with slight transparency, Title displayed with above parameters.
Navigation Tabs Background, Gray with transparency, text color/size/font as described above.
Page Title: General background, no additional color on top; text color/size/font as described
above.

Published materials for advertising may also have a gradient back ground fading from gray to
purple, top to bottom (see example below):
