Web Content Administrator (16108)

DePaul University, the nation’s largest Catholic University, is a private, urban institution with 6 campuses
and more than 275 undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The University’s faculty, students and
staff represent a wide range of ethnic, religious and economic backgrounds.

General Summary:

The Web Content Specialist will provide timely and relevant research to the team, manage web content
for the President’s and the Office of Public Relations and Communications’ web pages and manage a
master events calendar for the University.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 Conduct secondary research for potential University partnerships, news features,


competitive analysis, and more.
 Specialist will be responsible for creating and/or acquiring content for the aforementioned
websites and other online communications such as podcasts, videos, and blogs.
 Manage a University-wide master calendar of events for internal use.
 Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in English, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism or a related field.


 3-5 years experience in project management with an emphasis on communication.
 Excellent written, verbal and editorial skills.
 Excellent project management skills.
 Excellent creative, journalistic, interpersonal and team-building skills.
