Introduction:
We have developed two player game in C# namely TIC TAC TOE, working over a network which was
implemented using Threads, UDP Client classes (UDP sockets communication).
This game is turn based game. The first player connects, after he has given the option to
host or join a game. The second player must choose the opposite option, then the both
player will moves on to the gameplay. The game is 1 vs 1

PC (Pentium 4 or Higher)
OS (Microsoft Windows XP/ Windows Seven /Windows 8/8.1)
Microsoft.Dot.net 4.0
