Early Release Letter

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I will leave early as of 22 nd March 2016 from my last date.
This is because of I have no pending tasks or assignments that I need to handover to the team.
As I told you before my attempt to join LRT through Engineering & Construction Department was
unsuccessful. I have no place to report since I admitted that I cant commit with your highly
expectation.
Regarding to my leave for UMRAH, I have took 9 days of leave 27 th Feb 2016 to 9th March 2016. It
will cost me roughly about RM 2,865.00 that I need to pay to the company.
As of 10th March 2016 to 18th March 2016 I have worked for 7 days that mean my salary will be
around RM 2,226.00.
And dont forget of my 3 months of CLAIM (December 2015, January & February 2016) which total
cost almost RM 3,700.00 which I don't know whether I can get or not since it stuck since I gave it to
you on 13 January 2016. All the claims supposed to be signed and approved by Executive Director
before it arrive at Human Resources Department. But unfortunately it did not happen that way. Now
you want our HR General Manager Ms Jocelyn Teh to sign for approval on behalf ED where she
refused to sign it since the MEMO of declaration not yet come out from ED office and I have been
told that it will take a month for that. For me I have been waiting my claims for quite sometimes
already.
So in total the company has hold my salary & claim about RM 5,936.00 and I owe the company
2,865.00. By right there is a balance amount RM 3,100.00 where the company should pay me.
I hope all the above has explained why that I want to resign and take my early release.
Your understanding & corporation is highly appreciated.
