Week 3

Week 3

From 6th March to 9th March


The third week in the school was difficult because in this week my MCT will
come to evaluate me and in this time the MCT will evaluate one time, I was
confused because the classroom management still not good. The beginning
of the week I sat with the teacher to prepare the activities and the lesson
plan then when I finished the lesson plan I showed the teacher to say if it
good or not the teacher told me to change one activity because she think the
children will take all time to do it then I removed and I prepared another
activity. I observed when the teacher want to control the class she used
shouting then they children set without talking or made noise I think it was
the wrong strategy because the children will copy this behavior. According to
Bandura he believes children copying the adult behavior. I think children in
private school learn English language better than government school. I was
happy when my MCT told me it was good lesson even if I have some mistake
and my MST told me it was successful lesson. Also, she said the children were
active in the class with the activity time. In last day of the week, I sat with the
teacher to tell me what I will do next week, but she told me they have a trip
and the children still have exams.
