    independence in activities that the client is capable of performing.
    Provides support and therapeutic communication to clients who are anxious and
    emotionally unstable.
    Observes proper communication channels in updating patient condition. Provides
    accurate, appropriate and timely information to assist in patient care.
    Acts as an advocate to patients. Promotes harmonious working relationship
    between healthcare team and the client.
