"Skills". Just a little trick I learned so that the impressive
position titles stick out at the employer. Usually it's
best for your name to stick out first, then the positions.
Make it more clear that you are computer savvy under
"skills"; I would try to come up
with even more computer programs, even if you aren't an
expert in them, it's still impressive to know that
you have various computer knowledge.
I was told by a lot of employers in the art industry that
putting your "interests" at the bottom
(before references) is a really good idea. It will especially
benefit you if your employer has a
common interest with you, because it will give you guys
something fun to talk about during the
interview. It is a way for them to get to know you a little
personally, and may influence their
decision to bring you in. Your interests can be anything you
would like to share; fishing, softball
player for 12 years, whatever, fun stuff. If you would like,
you can even put that you went to a
Christian Middle School in that section, if that is something
you would like to share. Don't get too
overload with the interests, of course.
Thank you!
