artifacts show that I have the knowledge and resources to communicate with students and their
families and connect them with services that they are in need of.
4. What are your plans for additional growth or improvement in this area?
My plans for growth and improvement in standard 3 are to continue to seek out professional
development opportunities. I will also continue to meet with students, their family and staff and
ask for feedback on ways that I can better serve their needs. I will continue to keep up to date
with local resources to make sure I am aware of local services, and also build relationships with
those local services.
