Production Contact Numbers


Every member of the cast and crew has been given access to the mobile numbers
of the other members, these numbers will be used in situations where there
locations are not known and they need to be found. It also allows anyone in the
group to call in to inform the other production members if they cant make it to the
location on time or at all.

The idea is for all of us to have all the numbers you could possibly need while on
location so that the schedule is like a bible in case anything goes wrong.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Anything that May bee needed: Warm & waterproof clothing necessary for days
where it could rain ( the specific days where this could happen will be mentioned at
a later stage of this schedule), Oyster Cards, Money for lunch or lunch box., Diary of
events book to note the vents that happened during filming.

Health and Safety

A first aid kit should be taken with us in case of minor injury.
A full risk assessment has been completed separately, it has been thought through
in relation to all aspects of filming from travel to and from location, specific set ups
planned, use of equipment, working alone etc.

This was planned as it can be very useful for when we work in exterior areas and so
everyone involved can plan clothing and prep appropriately.

on set to leave anyone reading it in no doubt of what is happening when.

Directions & From Michaels Catholic college to set:

16:15 BREIF

Brief the cast and crew about what will be filmed and also show them the risk
assessment and troubleshooting.
16:20 Ensure the set is clear of any unwanted objects such as plastic bags,
chocolate wrappers etc.
16:30 FILM Film shots 2-6.
(Take pictures of filming process during the filming process)
17:00 FILM Film the Establishing shot of London using the Phantom 3 Drone (shot
1).
17:05-17:30

BREAK

17:30 FILM Film shots 7-14. Then check that all the shots taken during the entire
look how they are meant to and retake any shots that are not to the necessary
standard.
18:00 WRAP
Put equipment in its allocated storage bag and travel back home.

We have talked and checked with the Contributor 2 (Maclean Sems sister) to ensure
whether we had permission to film in this location at the time specified.

10:45 FILM Film some interior demo shots too see how the natural light from the
window will affect the lighting of the shot. The edit the set so that the lighting is as
we want (low key lighting)
1150 FILM Place the necessary props in the correct places around the set, then
ensure they will all be in shot using further demo shots
FILM Film shots 15-25.
12:30-13:00

LUNCH BREAK

13:00 FILM Film shots 26- END


13:45 WRAP
Put equipment in its allocated storage bag, then check that all
shots are as planned . Retake shots that have errors. Travel back home. For me
Pablo Guembe-Young (5 Hinckley road SE15 4HZ).
