Terms & Conditions


1- Prices:
a. Our offer is in Saudi Riyals, based on todays currency rates and 5% Saudi Customs Charges. Any
fluctuation in these may affect our prices accordingly.
2- Inclusions:
a. Supply of materials itemized in this BMS offer.
b. Technical support during installation.
c. Testing and commissioning of supplied materials.
3- Exclusions:
a. Mounting or installation of any equipment or any civil works
b. Cable/Wire supply and Cable pulling
c. Motor Control Centers for any equipment.
d. Termination of the cable / testing cable continuity.
e. Volt Free contacts from the monitored / controlled equipment side.
f. Any materials not included in the Bill of Quantity
g. Power supply for the VAV/FCU controllers or any other equipment unless otherwise specified in our
offer
4- Payment Terms :
a. 25% down payment with the contract signature
b. 25% with detailed wiring submission
c. 45% upon material delivery partial payment for partial delivery based on materials availability for
delivery, from our store in Riyadh
d. 5% upon system testing & commissioning or after 6 months from material delivery whichever comes
first
5- Delivery Schedule:
a. Complete project material shall be delivered within 14 -16 weeks from the date of down payment and
wiring approval, excluding holidays and force majeure conditions.
b. Material delivery location will be our Riyadh Store
c. Material must be received by client within maximum of 1 week from the date of Material availability
notification
d. Storage charges will apply on any material stored/kept in our store for more than 1 week from the date
of Material availability notification
e. In case of material storage exceeding 1 month, the material will be used for other projects and new
prices apply
6- Exclusive Order:
a. The itemized material in thisproject will be especially ordered for this project; any order cancellation
after signing the contract/agreement will not be accepted
b. Any changes in the BOQ after signing of the contract will be considered as additional items/variation
order and will be charged separately
7- Warranty:
a. 1 years, against manufacturing defects, excluding any damages due to misuse of equipment, mishandling
of equipment or natural disasters or 18 months from material delivery, whichever comes first
8- Validity of Offer:
a. This offer is valid for 20 workings days from the date motioned on offer page01
9- Technical Comments:
a. Equipments quantity considered as per datagiven by client
