asset
to
my
class.

Dirienzo
is

dresses

interacts
and
works
well
with
the
other
staff
member
and
is
very
comfortable
with
the
children
and
parents.
Ms.
Dirienzo
came
into
class
in
January
and
was
right
at
home.
She
immediately
connected
with
the
students.
Ms.
Dirienzo
began
reading
to
the
class,
helping
in
workshops
and
planning
large
group
math
activities.
Ms.
Dirienzo
is
very
comfortable
with
the
children
and
they
responded
to
her
right
away.
Ms.
Dirienzo
has
made
connections
with
all
of
the
children
and
especially
one
of
my
more
difficult
students.
He
immediately
felt

her

she

made
huge
gains

works

when
he
will

always
work

took
over
for
the
class
(with
a
sub)
for

days
when
I
had
to
miss
due

a
medical
emergency

my
husband.
She
knew
exactly

and
even
stepped
up
and
made
all
the
lesson
plans
for
the
following
week.
Ms.
Dirienzo
has
had
experience

morning
meetings,
making
a
different
morning
message
each
day,
and
she
is
very
creative.
She

been
teaching

managing

creating

group
math,
