FLOWER BUCKET, VASE & TOY: May be used to for mediating the bomb component. Everybody should be alert when receiving that entire item. PROCEDURE PURPOSE: BE ALERT AND ACTION ALL I.
FLOWERIST HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTEMENT
1. Check the flower bucket, vase and toy whether there is any strange equipment with it. 2. Record the total of item received. 3. Record the ID of sender. 4. Report to your superior and get signature.

Check the vast one by one free of strange thing with it. Utilized metal detector just for shock therapy. Record the ID card of sender. Report to Security Manager if any suspicious thing with it.
SECURITY MANAGER 1. Once receiving any suspicious thing related, Security Manager will come on spot to identify prior reporting to the concerned. 2. All detail report in regards with the suspicious thing happen should be reported to Hotel Manager or and General Manager. 3. Action and other related process should be reported to Executive Assistant Manager, Hotel Manager and General Manager
