To gather school information, observe beginning of the school day and end of the day.
To Collect class information; teachers name and contact details; student names,
timetables; class information; planning documents
(Tables 1 and 2)
Note: Start collecting information during the whole placement! See required documents below!

Summary of Tasks:
1. Your Information and Teachers name and contact details see table 1.
2. Obtain a class list of student names see table 2.
3. Complete the School Profile: curriculum studied; number of students; grades in the school. I have
only the numbers of students.
4. Identify important dates (holidays, school events, trips etc.) on the School Calendar. They didnt
have these important dates for holidays, school events and trips on the School calendar.
5. Map the themes to be studied. Note important school events, trips etc. during the placement with
the dates. There are no notes for these important school events and trips.
6. Make a copy of the weekly / daily class timetables and note the time school starts and finishes.
7. Collect photos of classroom, indoor and outdoor areas in the school.
