Preferably B.E./B.TECH/MCA/B.SC IT (MBA would be an added
advantage)
Own 1 module within the product independently and manage
the assigned team effectively to deliver organisation goals
Maintain documentation as well as enhancement roadmap for
the module

Essential skills

Should have handled Team as Team Leader for at least


2 years (minimum team size of 4 - 6 persons)
Should be extremely well organized in planning project
activities, scheduling team member tasks , monitoring
and controlling deliverables as well as maintaining
quality / efficiency in operations.

Strong analytical and debugging abilities.

Should be able to guide team technically and ensure


compliance for process adherence

Good communication(written & oral)
