ZooBook
Goals:
1. Create a book that showcases animals belonging to major classes of organisms.
2. Compare and contrast animals belong to different taxonomic groups.
3. Establish main characteristics associated with a taxonomic group.

Instructions:

In groups of two, you will research a set of animals. Your booklet will contain individual pages of
different animals organized on a graphic organizer. You will first choose ONE Class
(Osteichthyes, Aves, or Mammalia), then select 10 different species from 10 different orders to
describe using the ZOOBOOK TEMPLATE. THEN select 2 different species from the ones you
selected and compare and contrast them, using the compare and contrast template. Do this for a
total of EIGHT species (so 4 compare and contrasts sheets)
