Shengli "Victor" Xia is a 2016 graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Computer Animation and a minor in Business of Art and Design. He has extensive experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation using software such as Maya, ZBrush, and Nuke. Some of his projects include developing characters for Hasbro and modeling, rigging, and animating assets for the animated short film "Time Travel Bites". He is proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese and has work experience in both the US and China.

A scientist creates a time machine and travels back to Cretaceous to achieve the Scientist of the Year award.
