INSTALLATION OF PROTEUS 8 SP0

Run the installation file Setup.exe

Click on Next.

Accept the license agreement.

Mark Use a locally installed Licence Key and click Next.

Continue by clicking Next.

Then click on Browse For Key File.

Search in the downloaded file a folder named CRACK.


Select the LICENCE.lxk and press Open.
Then press the button Install.

Then click on Yes

Close the window by clicking Close.

Continue by pressing Next.

Select Typical, and wait for installation to complete

After the installation click close

Before using Proteus, inside the folder CRACK, copy the folder BIN

and paste it in the Proteus installation path, usually it is one of the following:
C:\Program Files\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional
C:\Program Files (x86)\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional
We enter the appropriate path and paste the folder there.
We will get the message asking if you want to replace the files in the folder 'BIN', to
which click Yes.

Now back to the folder 'Crack', copy the folder 'MODELS'

And we paste it in the following path to the version of your Windows:


Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional
Windows Vista, 7 y 8:
C:\ProgramData\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional

NOTE: If you do not see the folder, then enable the option to see hidden folders.
Having found the appropriate path, paste the folder there.
We will get the message asking if you want to replace the files in the folder 'Models',
to which click yes.
Ready! Now Proteus 8 is now on and it is ready to use...
