I am seeking a Kindergarten- 3rd grade teaching position with opportunities for career growth in the future. I

The curriculum in the school we designed reflected the importance of building community. Our design incorporated the
need for students to have a home in which to feel totally accepted and respected. Our curriculum sought to facilitate
students excelling academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively through the use of redesigned classroom structures
and community mentors.
