Monitoring Process
Monitoring Process
Monitoring
Proximal Goal: Create a resource for primary teachers about self-regulated
learning that could be useful in their everyday practice.
Distal Goal: Facilitate the sharing of information for daily occasional
teachers about students, classroom routines and the school.
Modifications and goal adjustments may be made along the time line to
accommodate challenges.
TIMELINE: February- March 15, 2016.
Break Ideas/ Celebrate Progress: walking outside or on treadmill,
stretching/ yoga pose, baking, beauty self-care, listen to uplifting music,
spend time with my family not doing chores, catch up on correspondence
with friends and family, call a friend, read for pleasure, have a heathy snack,
plan a fabulous meal, add pins to my vision boards, plan a fun activity.

V, had
started to
gather
information
for OTs that
she would
like to
include in OT
packages in
each
classroom
but had not
considered
many of my
points.
The initial
conversation
was very
positive. She
seemed
genuinely
interested in
my points.
She invited
me to follow
up with
written

offered to help
assemble a
template to be
used with
staff.
